Oh my gosh!! I went in with a coupon that I received in the mail and I was going to get the buy one combo plate and get a 2nd one for free. I had 3 orders and one was complicated (my daughter's), lol. So I asked the girl at the register, if she could help me with my order and she was the sweetest thing! I thought she would roll her eyes or make a smart remark at me, but nope! She helped me and knew exactly what I wanted and what I needed to do, to be able to use the coupon. The food was SO delicious and they always over pack the food containers. It literally takes me 2 to 3 days to eat it, lol. Whoever she was I didn't get her name, I just want to say, Thank you!! This was on Sunday night 7/12 at 5pm. 🫶

It's a hit or miss place. Rarely good but when it's good it's really good. Most of the time they give very small portions so it's not worth what you pay. Never consistent on taste or quality of food. And just like most fast food restaurants if you ask for something like extra dressing they wanna charge you, as if it was coming out of their pay check. Saying they can only give 1. As you can see this is what I got for a full salad. Barely covered the bottom of the tray and not worth the price. And the salad was watered down wet so when you add dressing it's so watered down and not tasteful.

For what it is, Ono really is a great Hawaiian BBQ chain. I've tried a lot of local chains and still overall I think Ono is a bit better. Chicken is great, beef is alright, and seafood it's mid but still decent. Really solid mac salad as well. Pricing as well is quite fair and they have coupons on some occasions so even better.

I got the Island Spice Grilled Fish because of a promotion where it only cost me $7 + tax. Good portion for the amount I paid. Not sure if I would ever pay full price for this which is $13.99 + tax. The promotion worked which made me discover this restaurant chain. The taste of the food was good, but I wouldn't say amazing. It also wasn't spicy at all even though it is supposed to be spice fish. Removing one star for that. Everything else seemed standard for a fast food restaurant like the seating and decor. However, their regular prices should warrant a more luxury interior. Will come back for the right price/promotion.

Food is always delicious. Place is clean and staff were nice. BBQ mix platter is my go to, but this time there were less vegetables. I love their vegetables it's always steamed to the correct crunchiness. It's alright since the meat made the meal.
